New Resource Planner: Remove the Role level and display the information at Project level

On the new resource planner, if you're viewing by user, you get a summary of the user, then a list of projects they are on, then their role, then their tasks. The Role level is not useful at all--it is displaying the information that should be at the project level, not the role. Please remove the Role level and move the information to the project level.
