NEW HOME : Add "Work I've Submitted for Approval"

The My Work area separated out what you yourself have to approve and what you have submitted to others for approval. Currently, there is no functionality to support our teams as a reminder for what they have sent out for approval. Please bring this feature to the new Home area.
