New Duration Type

It would be fantastic to have the option to have a fixed hours for a task that scale with the number of assignments that are added to the task. This would be incredibly helpful team meetings or similar where the 'real time' duration is fixed, regardless of how many attend.

e.g. Team meeting is 2 hours long. The 2 hours is fixed, so if 3 members of the team attend, 6 hours are attributed to the overall project hours. If 4 team members attend, 8 hours are attributed.
