Need ability to see date of Assignment

Currently there is no date/time stamp for when assignments are made which is accessible via the API. I would like to see this exposed.

We also need this, to ensure that when an assignment to a task is made by someone else, we can then check the correct role for that particular task is assigned. There is currently no reporting or notifications available to help with this.

This would be extremely useful for reporting and for Auditing. I will share this with anyone who expresses similar feelings.
