Need a way to display a URL in a custom form with only link name

I need some help finding a solution for a custom form field which is calculated field type. It puts together a URL with a handful of parameters and I would like to have the field simply show the link name instead of the URL.

I am using the concatenate expression to put together the URL.

    This would help with custom forms and with task updates. Currently if a user includes a long URL in a task comment update, it will not properly wrap on views - and distorts the views.
