Move the Mark All as Seen Button

Some of our team members are mistakenly hitting the Mark All as Seen button on Notifications and have asked if the button can be moved. Associate comment: I click it all the time on accident and lose my place, sometimes I leave certain notifications checked so I can go back to them.
