Moderate new ideas in the Idea Exchange & combine old duplicates

The Idea Exchange is a fantastic tool at the moment, but what would make it even better is if ideas were sent into a queue that were then reviewed by someone at Workfront to check that there wasn't already a duplicate. I suspect the total vote count for ideas may be very different once duplicate issues are combined!
