Make Decision Date (WF Proof) Available for Reporting

Currently, the only way for a Reviewer to see the date they made a decision is to dig into Print Summary for each routing, rather than the handy dashboard/report we made for them; confirmed by Support.

So...can we get the date the reviewer made their decision as reportable data?
