Make Deactivated Users Available for Prompted Reporting

Currently the only way to pull any reports on a deactivated user is in the filters. Prompts do not 'see' a deactivated user.

This creates a real issue for reassigning work when someone is suddenly gone from the company or when pulling hours reports for time periods where a user previously was at the company.

If there were a checkbox that said "Include Deactivated Users" or something along those lines, that would be perfect!

    YES!! You shouldn't have to reactivate users every time you need to pull a report. You should be able to include active or deactivated users.

    Came across this old post while searching for something else. You CAN include deactivated users in Prompts, but not using "Equals." Instead, you must use "Contains"
