For clarity, we want mailto: to be considered a valid protocol in the Hyperlink attribute of the Descriptive Text field type, not only http or ftp.

This will allow us to make descriptive text fields that say something like "Email us with questions on this process." When a user clicks on the hyperlink, it will automatically launch a new message in their email client with the to: address filled in, along with a pre-filled subject and body. This helps to ensure the email being sent includes the information needed by the recipient.

In other words, a hyperlink can look like this: Get Request Support.

with the below URL to pre-fill the email:

mailto:SampleAlias@example.com?subject=Workfront%20Request%20Support&body=So%20we%20can%20better%20support%20you%2C%20please%20fill%20in%20the%20below%20details%3A%0A%0AIs%20this%20time-sensitive%2Furgent%20(please%20provide%20dates%2Ftimes)%3F%0AWhat%20kind%20of%20request%20you%20need%20to%20submit%3A%0AWhat%20team%20are%20you%20on%3A%0ARelevant%20campaign%20requiring%20support%3A%0A

Currently the descriptive text field does not allow such a URL.
