Description -Allow time to be logged from within a report as an inline editing feature like so many other fields.

Why is this feature important to you - it would save a lot of clicks and help improve accurate "actual hours" vs planned because they could be edited in same view

How would you like the feature to work - just like using the "is ready" field in a report...you can move right down a list and update that answer immediately  

Current Behaviour - have to go to updates for each tasks - if you have to retrace and add hours after the fact it's very time consuming!

Hi there, are you using Timesheets in WF? That automatically pulls everything you are assigned to in the given timeframe of the timesheet, and you can also pin other projects or tasks that you want to add manually for places you log time to that maybe you don't actually have a task assigned to you there.

It's very grid/report like and can quickly add time from 1 place of everything you're on...

Thank you Madalyn, we don't really use timesheets...there's a few who do but really our heavy users, design, copy, production etc are very task oriented and do log time on tasks when they are working on them and don't have this problem. This is more of an "agile" team request - we have created several filters for iteration views because the storyboards are too difficult to work with so, when considering how nice it is to inline edit from one place in many other fields this would be icing on the cake!
