Issues Included in Template Creation

When creating a Template from a Project, Issues should carry over into the Template, just like Tasks , including assignments.

    We use issues quite heavily, and we currently have our issue templates living in a project acting as a template as a workaround. We go in and copy the issues over from the project acting as a template to the new projects as needed.


    Would be pretty nice to just update our standard template so the issues are already there, just like tasks. This one seems like a no brainer.
