Increase the accuracy of the Selection Size Measurement Tool in Workfront Proof

Currently users are unable to enter measurements less than a mm in the Selection Size Tool. Packaging regulations require that text is at least 3.3mm so it is critical that we are able to measure this size accurately.

 

The Selection Tool is able to measure less than a mm, but is not able to be set to this level of accuracy which is very strange.

    If I am being honest though, since Workfront Proof uses a rasterized image instead of a vector-based PDF, I wouldn't trust the measurement tool in Workfront Proof unless you have had Support turn-up the raster resolution to make sure 3.3mm is even accurately measurable.

    (We route proofs for packaging too…and this has been a constant source of annoyance…)

    @kevinqu1 great idea, I will follow this up with Adobe in the new year, and fingers crossed we get some improvements in the proofing space next year too.
