Include Others on This Update: Move button farther left

With the new widescreen implementation, the people icon to tag others in an update has gotten really far away.

I think it'd be easier if the "Include others on this update" icon was on the left, closer to the rest of the activity. (either near the formatting, date/condition/status area, or Update button).
