Make the default value for items shown in a table/report customisable. This could be done system wide (as first) step but should be later available on group level. The options for this default value should contain as well ALL.
Many projects and reports have over 100 tasks/elements (but well under 1,000 tasks). WF users, especially non-power-users, often overlook having to change their number of records. Some users may have a need to see more than 1,000 tasks on a regular basis and they should be able to adjust their default. Some users may desire to see all results always.
