Improve File Upload Progress Information that includes amount of file uploaded and time remaining for upload

Hi,

When a file is being uploaded to Documents area in Workfront, the system should provide better user feedback on the progress of the upload:

1) Amount of file data uploaded and the size of the total files, e.g. "10MB uploaded out of 500MB total file size" is shown beside upload progress bar.

2) Remaining time for upload e.g. "3 minutes remaining" is show beside upload progress bar.
