Ignore Time in Tasks

Description - We should have the ability to choose to ignore the time of day for tasks 

Why is this feature important to you - This causes issues on our schedule and forces us to use time of day when we have teams in different time zones. We only care that a task is due, started, or completed on a specific day the time does not matter. Every report and project view has to be adjusted in a specific way so time of day is not considered (task calculated fields)

How would you like the feature to work - There should be a setting on the group level that allows us to ignore time of day 

Current Behaviour - Workfront considers the time of day a task date is started and due which causes confusion for our team that does not use time constraints.
