Home Calendar - Show Task Duration rather than just Due Date

The Home Calendar currently only shows the Due Dates of tasks, and users are then expected to plan out when they will work on the tasks.

We have teams dedicated to carefully planning out the tasks and resource assignements (including resource contouring) so it is important for us that users see their pre-planned work in the calendar. This is how the My Work Calendar functions.

We would like an option added to the Home Calendar to show pre-planned work. Users could then go ahead and plan their own work around the pre-planned work.

Without this change, we won't be able to switch over from the My Work Calendar to the Home Calendar because it will not be acceptable to expect users to re-plan when they will work on everything, and to do so in ignorance of the project plan and resource requirements.

Although I don't have any experience with the Calendar view from the previous version of Workfront (we just went live in January), this would be a great enhancement. It can be difficult to see all the work assigned when tasks show a due date versus a duration of time to complete.

I agree, this would be useful functionality. We have a work process where users are assigned to multiple, short duration tasks (i.e. noon - 2PM on a given day) and then another from 3-5PM. It would be very helpful to show the planned duration (even down to the hour level) on the Home Calendar view.

We really need this to be fixed in the new experience. We have users who aren't starting tasks until the day they are due because it's not showing duration.
