Home - Add Dashboards as option like "Work List" and "Calendar" and be able to set it as default entry point

Please add a customizable dashboard into Home as a default start point. This simple capability could accommodate all of the use cases for a start point outside of the small handful that the current Worklist or Calendar options accommodate.
