Help Chat Window Integration

It would be great if there were a Help Chat solution built into Workfront.

The idea would be that someone could chat live with a Workfront admin when they get stuck using Workfront. It' similar to a live chat function that might be found on shopping websites.

    Agreed. This would be most convenient and efficient. Much better experience than opening up a second browser window.
