Give ability for admins to revise native/standard views, groupings, filters

Description - There are some native/out-of-the-box views, filters and groupings that are not editable. So I'm having to create new ones to suit our needs, which is fine, but I also want the ability to revise the standard ones. When I try to revise a standard view, I have to save it as a new one. For example, the 'Condition' project view is pretty flawed in that it includes the latest update from the project owner in any project, not even the project it's showing the condition with. I want to revise this to be able to use this condition color aspect that I wouldn't be able to reproduce on my own in a new view, but I'm not able to revise it.

Why is this feature important to you - views/filters/groupings give users a customized view.

How would you like the feature to work - give admins more ability to revise them for our instance

Current Behaviour - see above description

Hi Madalyn, you should be able to turn off the standard filters, views, and groupings through the lists dropdown in the layout templates.  It doesn't remove them from the system but anyone with that layout view won't be able to see them.

Hi Stacey, you're totally right about the lists in layout templates and I've utilized that. I've revised my idea to be more descriptive of what I'm after. There are some elements of native views that I want, but want to revise them because I can't make a new one, like the Condition view (unless I am able to grab just the condition coloring aspect of this into a new view and I'm missing it?).
