Functionality Enhancement: Ability to download/export an Object's Update comments.

It would be very helpful to be able to export the Update comments on an Object (Project, Task, Program, etc). That way they could be tracked/assigned outside of WF in instances where users are making "to-do" Update comments versus logging an Issue.
