Please fix the fact that auto complete tasks take around a minute after the planned completion time to automatically update. This system delay results in a difference between Planned Completion Date and Actual Completion Date, causing the tasks to be (incorrectly) defined as having been completed late.
I submitted a support ticket to report this but "the team confirmed that this a not a bug but the current system functionality." and that this is the only route to possibly getting this addressed.
My view: Regardless of whatever logic the system is applying, the result is not what any user would reasonably expect, it is therefore a defect which should be addressed. The impact to us is that we can't easily report on late tasks, because we have lots of tasks that are shown as late but should not be, invalidating the content of our reports.
