Feature Request: Allow setting template-like/default sharing settings on reports and dashboards

Brief description of the issue/request:
Allow setting template-like sharing settings on reports and dashboards

This is a feature request for Workfront.

I would like to have the opportunity to set default sharing settings (ideally through a template) for all reports and dashboards I created in WF.

Use Case:
Save time when creating new reports by setting sharing settings based on a template.
