Export report views, groupings, and filters

We need the capability to export the views, groupings, and filters used to build a report so that if a report needs to be recreated (whether deleted or moving from Sandbox to production) that data is available. It would be great if the exported data could then be uploaded to create the report. Not sure if this is currently a capability with kickstarts.
