Exchange compatibility for emailing requests directly to WorkFront

Is it possible to not only have POP mail as the emailbox type for allowing requests to be made by email? We do not allow POP protocol on our systems and would like to have the system check an exchange email box for requests.

    Or a better option to have Workfront host/create an account per queue -- as I assume some larger companies may not want to allow Workfront to access Exchange...
