For Enterprise use of WorkFront - can Project Managers select which companies they would need to have insight into. Currently anyone in a Project Plan role see's every job role created which makes it very risky when assigning tasks to job roles (in our case they see hundreds). While we have added Prefix's - they still see all when they search or begin to type
Restrict Project Managers within a group to only see their Job Roles.
Currently any project manager who is trying to assign a task gets the full listing of everyone’s job roles.
This is very confusing especially for an Enterprise on one instance of WorkFront (and potentially growing).
I would think the answer here is not multiple instances since WF strategy is operational system of record.
Wondering if this is the WF roadmap with all the UI work going on.
