[Enhancement Request] Notification for when Issues are converted to Projects

This is an ongoing issue for us as well. We have some automation to add a comment with the new project link if the automation is converting the request, but for teams manually converting there is no notification and the requester often just loses their request because the old link doesn't work and they're not always aware they can go to the Requests page to find the new link. Also, sometimes they're looking for someone else's project so they can't see it in Requests anyway.
