Enhanced custom data

Allow for custom data/job roles/home groups/etc. to contain more attributes, and that the user can select values based on filtered list

Example: We have software products that have a commercialization date. We currently have the SW Products as a custom field, but would like to create a custom data field that shows SW Products that have not commercialized. List should be dynamic.

This would be great if you could point a list to an api endpoint or something like get list of products from ourwebsite.com/productList . We have the same problem.

Only workaround that I can think of right now is to use the API to add the data to your custom forms drop down. Right now what we do is just manually keep the list up to date but our list doesn't change that much
