Enable Requesters to Include Line Itemed Tasks in Intake Form

It would be great if requesters could input their individual line-itemed tasks in the intake request form so that they automatically populated the project as tasks when the request was turned into a project. As of right now the traffic manager needs to manually create a task for every deliverable selected in the intake/request form, and this is timely.
