Enable multi filter at the same object in UI mode

The user would like filter the same data field with 2 different criteria using the UI with a AND connection. Currently it works only in text mode. If the user creates this in UI mode only one condition will kept.

    This would be very helpful! I'm not as familiar with text mode, is there any chance you can send the code for me to take a look at? I'm having an issue where I want exclude task names that contain "prebill" and "revisions." The problem is that I can't create a report that excludes both, like you mention here.
