Enable Editing of Predecessors in Task View
PROBLEM: User is unable to edit a predecessor on the task detail page.
CHALLENGE: Poor user experience for end-users (have to remove and re-add predecessors to update on this view)
BENEFIT: A fix would support users who prefer to see the dependancy type and lead/lag settings separated out.
SOLUTION: enable editing of predecessor fields or enable "dependancy type" and "Lag" as available fields.
