Email Notification to Match Request Queue

For the notification email Requests I have Made > Request Add to Issue Primary Contact email - if a field has been disabled in the queue the request was made in, remove it from the email notification.

For example, we do not use the system priorities in one of our queues, so it's confusing to our requesters when they get the confirmation that their request was submitted and the priority is included, when it wasn't an option they were able to select.
