Drag and drop files on to folders

Ability to move assets to other folders that are contained in the same parent folder by dragging and dropping the assets in the main folder window. Currently the only way you can do this is to navigate to the folder in the side navigation bar and then drag the asset on to the folder in the side navigation bar.
