Download High Res PDF with Comments

Hello, We'd like to be able to download a high res PDF (same quality as the original) WITH comments. Currently we can print PDF to get comments but the resolution is low, or we can download the high res PDF from a link but there aren't any comments.

Similarly, we would like to include word Documents, i.e. When A Word Doc Is Submitted For Approval, Add The Capability To Download The Doc With The Comments Included.
