Document Folder Navigation

It's hard to navigate from a document folder back to the list all project folders and/or the list of documents not in a folder. The "Project Folders" name doesn't appear clickable, so users don't know how to get back to the screen they started on. The words "Project Folders" need to look like a clickable link like the other folder names.
