Document comment notification displays in chain on the Notification tab.

Description -Document comment notification is displayed as a group instead of an individual notification.

Why is this feature important to you - It Helps to review the notification in a chain conversation.

How would you like the feature to work -  When users click on the Notification tab, they should be able to view all unseen notifications related to a single document in a group conversation, rather than individual notifications.

Current Behaviour - If there are multiple notifications related to the same record, they are displayed as individual notifications for each entry.
