Disable Editing or Commenting in Issues/Requests after Conversion

We have the common problem of people adding comments/documents to Issues/Requests after it has already been converted. I've done all the workarounds - views where only the converted link is shown, reports with converted object and not request, etc. It would just make life easier for everyone if after a request is converted into either a task or project, that only admins have ability to edit the issue.

This would be wonderful! I have users who use the search bar, and the issue pops up first because they recently went there. The project won't pop up in the search autofill because they haven't been to the project yet, and the problem continues from there. Or they click on links from previous emails.


I would also like it if there was a more visible link to the project from the converted issue. I know it's in the Project Details tab, but someone who only goes in to post an update never goes to Project Details. If it was in red at the top of the screen, for example, this could help.
