Deleting canned WF reports

I'd really like to be able to delete the 70 or so Workfront reports that came in the system. We have 250 reports, and we could get that down to around 200 if we didn't have to have those others in the system. If we're not using them, we should be able to delete them.

I totally agree! This would be so helpful! This is one of the reasons we do not open up reports to all users - too many & too confusing.

This is definitely something we want to do as we are looking to tidy up our 400 odd reports into a manageable list and only list those we want.

@Sara and @Jamie, I have managed to apply a filter for entered by ID is not blank and seems to have filtered them out for now if that is any help to you?

It would also be nice to know when the report was used last and by what user. That would help determine if it is still needed. Same with custom data if you could tell what is being used so we could clean up some of the custom data items.

Hello-

I am just now going through our 500 plus reports to determine what we can get rid of-

I also just realized that even though I have mine in folders as an admin - they do not appear that way for others.

I use a filter in the reports tab and am able to see when report was viewed- who viewed it and if it is associated with a dashboard.

I attached screenshots so you can see columns - not sure if this is helpful - crazy how many get accumulated and how many are really just duplications.

Good luck to all of us =)

Hey Kris,

There is a 'Reports Usage' filter that you can apply where it tells you last viewed date and also last 10 views by users.
