Decimal Alignment on Columns of Numbers

Not left, not right, but decimal alignment of numbers.

I'm specifically looking at Currency type, but honestly any numeric value should work as well. Should work for Views and Reports.

Honestly surprised this didn't exist in software dealing with some financial matters...
