Can we customize the text on the buttons like you can for these in the proof? Being limited to "Approve" "Approve with Changes" and "Reject" is a bit hard.

Hi Brent,

As an Admin, you can go to Account settings in Workfront Proof, and edit & add buttons as you desire... Click on the decisions tab, and select each of the titles of decisions to edit them. You can also hide buttons that you don't want displayed.

Thanks Greg...you can do this here...but its not integrated with the "Approve", "Approve with Changes" or "Reject" that is listed if you make someone an "Approver" on the documents tab.

We have the integrated version and would love to have this option too! You have my vote :)

Yeah, this drives me craaaazy. I tried changing all the settings around in the proof tool, but they don't stick for integrated version

Agreed. We need other options. It would be nice if we had the functionality in Workfront Proof (old ProofHQ) Greg pointed out in the beginning of the thread on the "Proofing Integrated" side. I confirmed with our support engineer that this is not a capability in the integrated proofing.

You have my vote!

Yes, good suggestion!

Each vote on this should count for 10. :) It just says "Approve", "Changes" and "Reject" right now. "Changes" is too broad and we get stuck in neverending revision loops. And "Reject" is too harsh, we'd prefer it say "Revise" or something to that effect.

This is, and to my knowledge always has been, an option. As a system administrator, from Workfront click on the proof icon in the toolbar (the 'tick') to get to the Proofing environment. Click 'Account Settings' in the top right, and select the 'decisions' tab. You can hide and/or rename any of the decisions.
