Ability to customize the Requests Template/Layout. For example, we'd like to add the name of the requester to the Header of requests. Or, we'd like to be able to include information from the form on the updates tab of the request layout.


More flexibility on where you can place things within the layout of a submitted request.

    This would be extremely helpful. We would like the ability to customize/add an additional column to not only show the Issue status, but also the status of the Project if it's already been resolved. We utilize the links to the project from the existing view already, but having the status would be a huge improvement.
