Custom Template Library for Custom Forms

While you can currently bring in multiple fields from the library, there is no way to create a template and save that for later use.

e.g. if you create a combination of fields with display logic, you currently have to recreate that combination every time you want to use it in a new form. The only workaround today is to make a custom form with that combination and use it as the starting point. But, if that combination is large and, say, not at the beginning of the form, it's a nuisance to work around it.
