We would like the ability to create our own system-wide notifications. There are so many instances in which we'd like to set up dedicated notifications to be sent to Project Owners or Project Sponsors, but they are not part of your standard list of ~10. It would be great if we could build a notification to be sent to XYZ people upon ABC criteria being met.

    Yes, the notification reminders are on the right track, but I want to be able to build custom criteria. For example - Open Timesheet or Less than 40 Hours per Week: (Available for timesheet reminders) The reminder notification is scheduled to be sent when the timesheet status is Open or when the timesheet has less than 40 hours logged - I like the idea of this, but our teams aren't expected to log 40 hours every week (we assume 35 hours), but I can't change the criteria to reflect the way we work.
