Custom Form on Document Template

It would be great to have the capability to add custom form on document at a template level.

Typically document metadata is often custom, and adding the proper custom form manually to each document (even via batch update) is a cumbersome action.

Ideally defining a project template should allow to also define the document template that will be related to this project.
