Create View/Report By Adding All fields from a custom form

Description - Ability to add all fields from a custom form at once to create the view.

Why is this feature important to you - When adding many fields this would be a quick way to add them in the order they appear on the 

How would you like the feature to work - Use the field label as the column header

Current Behaviour - Must add fields one by one or use an existing view
