Copying a project with clean docs without the previous history

I need to copy projects from one month to the next and keep the final docs from the previous month to move forward to the next month WITHOUT the previous month's history and system updates moving with it. Essentially, I need to have an option to copy "clean" files forward each to begin the next month's project.

Currently, when copying the project, the docs all keep the system updates, the proof comments and conversations as well as the dates of all that old activity that is irrelevant in the new month.

It would be great to have a "clean" option when copying documents.
