Converting custom form to quip/google doc

Hi,

We would love to be able to convert/export the custom form our clients fill out when submitting a creative request into either a quip/google doc. This would be extremely helpful when having client kick-offs to review the information they submitted. Right now we are having to manually extract the information into a quip doc.
