Control Project Group within Templates

We have global request queues with intricate routing rules to traffic incoming project requests to the appropriate group traffic manager. The Project that's generated from the request needs to be assigned to the group to where it was routed. Group Traffic Managers have their own Project Templates... so it would be ideal to set the Project's Group within the templates to save us from doing it manually.

    We have a similar use case for this. We have a system admin that is responsible to kick off new projects for different teams. The system admin isn't always a member of the same "group" as the team who will be responsible for the project. When a new project is created it default's to the system admins group not the group who, in the end will own the process. This causes issues with custom group statuses for us.
