Closing Off Timesheets (global setting) at end of month

Hi there it would be great if on the 1st or even 2nd of the month if it were possible to have a global setting that would close off all timesheets instead of doing it manually.

We produce financial reports hence are unable to have anyone running late to enter time into the previous month so this would be amazing for us and such an amazing timesaver!
